Big eyed cutie pie!

As you can tell, I have a lot of spare time this week! What better way to spend it than playing and photographing my kids! I best enjoy - September through October is pretty booked!
Here is my "big eyed cutie pie" playing on her swing! Don't you just want to squeeze the heck out of her - I know I do!

our special spot

I love this picture of all 3 of them - even if Zach is blurry - he wouldn't stop bouncing!

So, I was awakened at 3am this morning with a jab in my ribs! I looked around to find out that there were 3 extra bodies in our bed! Thank goodness for king size beds! At first I was bugged that they had disturbed my sleep - (I don't get much as it is) but then I saw how sweet and comfy each of them looked. They looked as if they felt so safe and secure. I remember reading in a magazine somewhere about a lady naming her bed as her family's "special spot", because she felt safe when they were all there. I realized at that moment how grateful I was that we were all home safe and sound under the same roof. I love that our kids come to us for comfort, even if we are all crammed in the same bed - I too am grateful for our "Special Spot."

It's a little too quiet!

It was a bit too quiet when I got out of the shower this morning....This would be the reason why!
They decided to help themselves to some "BREAKFAST"!!! It's hard to get too mad when you are running to get the camera!

Three strikes you're out!

My Poor baby had her first run in with a wooden baseball bat yesterday! she was fighting over the bat with a little girl.... needless to say Rachel got the wrong end of the bat! When it first happened I didn't see how bad it was, but when I took the ice off I almost threw up! It looked like a purple and white ping pong ball sticking out from her head! Good thing my friend Michellle was there to keep me calm - I had never seen anything like it! She was in so much pain - I wanted so badly to take the pain away and go trough it myself! Luckily Michelle is a more experienced mommy and told me that it would only look like that for a few minutes until the ice could take the swelling down - She was right - this picture was taken lastnight and it looks 100 times better! Thanks Michelle!
Well, lastnight Rachel woke up and asked for some "Tyleeeenoly stuff" (Tylenol) because her head was hurting again! Even though it was 3am I still had to chuckle at that - she is so sweet!
I am glad she is feeling much better! OH! did I mention that a happy meal with a Hello Kitty prize inside can make just about anything better? Just a tip for all you first time mommies!
